Directions
To Make 6 Donuts: 1. Mix Protein Donut Mix (220 g), 1 egg, 1/2 cup (4 oz) applesauce, 1/2 cup (4 oz) water and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a bowl. 2. Pour batter into a lightly sprayed donut pan and fill 3/4 inch of each cavity. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until firm on top. 3. Top donuts with your favorite nut butter, jelly or healthy frosting recipe from our website. For better results, pour batter into a plastic resealable bag, then pipe batter directly into the donut pan. No donut pan? No problem. Use a muffin pan to make muffins following the same directions.
