Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat 2. Add the thighs and brown 1 minute per side. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 9 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Conventional Oven: 1. Lightly coat a foil-lined baking sheet with oil or cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place the thighs on the baking sheet and cook 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. From Frozen: Conventional Oven: 1. Lightly coat a foil-lined baking sheet with oil or cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place the thighs on the baking sheet and cook 25 minutes, turn over and cook 25 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Perishable. Keep frozen.
