Directions Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen until use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cook to 160 degrees F. Preparation Instructions: Patties are raw and should be cooked from frozen. Patties should be cooked thoroughly. The juices should run clear and the center of the patties should not be pink. Beef patties should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer. Grill: 1. Pre-heat grill to medium (350 degrees F). 2. Grill patties for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through grill time. Pan Fry: 1. Pre-heat skillet over medium heat (325 degrees F). 2. Fry patty for 13-14 minutes, flipping every 3-4 minutes. For those that like it simple and want a patty that stands on its own. Salt, pepper and garlic amplify the beefy flavors of a classic patty. Tip from Chef!: Considering adding crispy fried onions, smoked cheddar and stone ground mustard on a brioche bun. Keep frozen.
