Directions Cook thoroughly. Heating Instructions: Microwave: (1) Remove flatbread from film, wrap loosely in a paper towel. (2) Place on microwave-safe plate. (3) Microwave on high for 1 minute (1100 watts) or 1 minute 20 seconds (800 watts). (4) Let cool 1 minute. Caution: Filling will be hot! Microwaves vary; adjust heating times according. Cook to 165 degrees. Overheating toughens flatbread. Toaster Oven: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degree F. (2) Remove sandwich from film. (3) Bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep frozen.
