Boil: 1. Bring 1-3/4 cup water to a boil.** 2. Stir in 1 cup Mahatma® Jasmine Rice with Quinoa.*** 3. Cover and reduce heat to low. 4. Simmer 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. 5. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. **For softer rice add 1/4 cup more water. For firmer rice add 1/4 cup less water. ***Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 1 tsp. salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired.
