Directions 4 steps; 20 minutes prep time; 8 servings. You Will Need: 2 lbs shrimp or chicken; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 2 tbsp water; 2 tbsp white vinegar. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk packet contents with water, oil and vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting. 2. Place seafood or meat in a large resealable bag or glass dish and add remaining marinade. 3. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes. Remove meat and discard any remaining marinade. 4. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Chef Suggests: For a plant-based option, substitute 1 lb extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed.
