Directions 2 servings; 1/3 box pasta; 2 qt. water; 1 tsp salt. 3 servings; 1/2 box pasta; 3 qt. water; 2 tsp salt. 6 servings; full box pasta; 5 qt. water; 5 tbsp salt. Al Dente: 10 min. Firm: 11 min. Tender: 12 min. 1. Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. Cook uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes stirring occasionally. 3.
