Marinating Instructions: Place food and marinade in a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Marinate under refridgeration as listed below. Fish fillets, stir-fry, small cutlets - 1/2 hours. Chops, chicken pieces, steaks - 2-4 hours. Roasts, leg of lamb - 8 hours/overnight. Refrigerate after opening.
