Cooking Instructions: Skillet (recommended!): 1: Empty riced cauliflower into a lightly oiled non-stick skillet, breaking it up so it distributes evenly on the pan. 2: Cook over medium-high for 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. 3: Let cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying. Microwave: 1: Remove lid and film from container. 2: Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds - 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. 3: Stir and let cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying. Caution: Cup and product will be hot. Cool before eating. Heating appliances may vary. Adjust cook time as necessary. Riced cauliflower is done when excess moisture is gone. Keep frozen.
