Remove film and stir; replace film. Cook on high an additional 1 minute, 30 seconds. Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes.
