Get your omelet on: Microwave Oven: Heating Time. Note Heating instructions were tested with an 1100-watt microwave. Make a 1 inch slit in film. Place entree in microwave oven, heat on high 3 - 3-1/2 minutes or until hot. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Make a 1 inch slit in film. Place entree on baking sheet in center of oven. Heat for 35-40 minutes or until hot. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Perishable. Keep frozen until ready to heat.
