Directions You'll Need: 3/4 cup butter (1-1/2 sticks), melted 3 large eggs, beaten. Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease or line an 8 inch by 8 inch pan. 2. Combine brownie mix, butter and eggs in a medium mixing bowl and stir until smooth. 3. Spread batter evenly in greased pan. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are firm. Center will be slightly soft. 5. Let cool completely in pan before cutting into 16 pieces. Dairy free? Use 3/4 cup melted coconut oil or any cooking oil in place of butter.
