You Will Need: 2 tbsp. White wine vinegar. 2/3 cup olive oil. Directions: 1. Whisk packet contents with vinegar, olive oil and 1/3 cup water. 2. Let stand 1 hour. Serve or refrigerate. Tips: 1. For Tuscan Bread Salad, toss prepared dressing with 4 large wedged tomatoes, 1/2 lb. stale Italian cubed bread, 1 cup sliced red onion and 1 bunch fresh basil (optional). Let stand 30 minutes, toss again and serve.
