Microwave: In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp. margarine (optional) and contents of package. Microwave uncovered at high about 10 minutes (microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Directions above developed in a 1200 watt microwave oven) or until pasta is tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Let stand at least 2 minutes or until sauce thickens and noodles separate. Stir and serve.
