Directions Shape into 4 oz. patties, 1/2 inch thick, and season as desired. Preheat grill to about 500 degrees, add patties, arrange so they do not touch. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165F throughout the patty. Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat, about 350F. Crumble in a single layer and stir constantly for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165F. To measure the temperature of Ground turkey, place crumbles into a mound and insert thermometer into the center being careful not to touch the skillet.
