Directions Microwave Directions: Do not open, pierce or thaw bag before cooking: Gently shake bag side to side to distribute contents evenly. Place frozen, unopened bag in microwave. Microwave on high for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 minutes (microwave ovens vary in cooking times). Let product stand for 1 minute then carefully remove bag from microwave; it will be hot. Tear open bag, pour into serving dish, season to taste and enjoy. Caution: remove carefully; contains steam & contents will be hot! Cooking Directions: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the contents of 1 or more packages (5 oz) of frozen Seapoint Farms Edamame and 1/2 tsp salt (optional). Return to a boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold running water to cool. Season to taste and enjoy! Serving Suggestions Edamame Pods may be served hot or cold with your favorite seasoning. Push the bean out of the pod and into your mouth. Discard outer shell. Keep frozen.
