Soaking Instructions: One part number 2 Medium grind bulghur to two parts boiling water. Add boiling water to bulghur, stir, cover and lot sit for 15 minutes drain excess water. Cooking Instructions: One part number 2 Medium grind bulghur to two parts water. 1. Bring water to o boil; add bulghur, stir and cover. 2. Cook for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally; drain excess water. Keep in a cool dry place.
