Directions Cooking Directions: Water, Riced Veggies, Salt (optional), Olive Oil (optional): 2 Servings: 1 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/4 tsp, 1 tsp; 4 Servings: 2 1/2 cups, entire bag, 1/2 tsp, 2 tsp. Stove Top: 1. in a medium pan add water and salt (optional), then bring to a boil; 2. stir in riced veggies and return to boil; 3. reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 9 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring occasionally; 4. remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes; 5. to finish, toss with olive oil (optional).
