Cook over medium-high heat to steam for 9-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain any excess water. Using a fork, carefully pull apart the spaghetti squash until separated into strands. Optional: Finish sauteing with olive oil. Caution! Hot steam! Caution: Bag will be hot. Avoid steam/hot water in bag. Drain any excess water in strainer. Keep frozen.
