Directions Fully cooked. Heating Instructions: Conventional/Toaster Oven (Preferred): 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place frozen tenders in single layer on baking sheet. 3. Bake on the middle oven rack for 11-13 minutes, turn over halfway through heating time. 4. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Microwave Oven: 1. Place frozen tenders on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Heat, uncovered, on high for 2-2.5 minutes, turn over halfway through heating time. 3. Let stand for 2- 3 minutes before serving. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen tenders in single layer. 3. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Open and shake fryer tray halfway through heating time. 4. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Appliances may vary. Heating times are approximate. Keep frozen.
