Directions Prep Time: 15 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 4 Servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick one seasoning mix. 1 cup water. 2 tbsp. Soy sauce. 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil, divided 1 lb. Boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks. 4 Cups. Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables. (1) Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside. (2) Heat 1 tbsp. Oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add vegetables; stir fry 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. (3) Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over cooked rice, if desired. Kitchen Tips: Use vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, green beans, snap peas and onions. Substitute pork, cut into 1-inch chunks or shrimp, peeled and deveined, for the thicken. In a pinch? Substitute frozen vegetables for fresh.
