Directions Ingredients Needed: Milk + Oil + Egg. Pancake Directions: 1 cup pancake mix; 1/2 cup milk; 1 large egg; 2-1/2 tbsp. canola oil. 1. Preheat griddle to 375 degrees F. In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend with a wire whisk for about 1 minute or until well blended. Prepare pan with non-stick cooking spray or a light coating of cooking oil. 2. Ladle about 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle, let rest on griddle until bubbles form on top and sides begin to firm. Flip over and continue to let other side brown for about 1-2 minutes. Do not pat down the pancake, as this will result in a flatter pancake. 3. Remove from griddle and serve with your favorite syrup or toppings. Difference in altitude, hardness of water and product moisture may change the suggested cook time. Waffle Directions: 1 cup pancake mix; 1/2 cup milk; 1 large egg; 2-1/2 tbsp canola oil. 1. Heat waffle iron. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend with a wire whisk until just smooth. If batter is too thick, add 1 tsp milk at a time to reach desired consistency. 2. Prepare waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Ladle desired amount of batter onto waffle iron. Cook according to waffle iron manufacturer's instructions. Caution: Do not eat raw batter. Do not underbake. Store in a cool, dry place.
