Directions Cook fillets thoroughly before serving. Not fully cooked. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove fillets from pouch before cooking. Conventional Oven: For best results, cook in oven. 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place uncooked fillets, seasoned side up, in a shallow metal baking pan. 3. Bake uncovered 18 to 21 minutes. Note: fish will naturally release moisture while cooking. Microwave Oven: 1. Place uncooked fillets, seasoned side up, on a microwavable plate. Cover loosely with waxed paper. 2. Microwave 1 fillet on High for 4 to 6 minutes or 2 fillets for 6 to 9 minutes. Rotate plate during cooking. Caution: plate may be hot. Important: microwave wattages vary, times are approximate. Directions were developed using an 1100 watt microwave. (Fully cooked fish cuts easily with a fork and must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving.)
