Cheesecake Handling Suggestion: Refrigerator or freeze upon purchase. Our cakes will stay fresh 5-7 days in the refrigerator and 12 months in the freezer. If frozen, defrost overnight in the refrigerator, remove from the packaging and place on counter 4 hours prior to serving. Junior's cheesecakes are best served at room temperature.
