Directions
Just heat and serve. Refrigerate after opening. Grilling: Open package and slice polenta in 1/2 inch slices. Brush both sides of slices with olive oil. Grill 5 minutes on each side. Season to taste with salt, pepper and your favorite herbs. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. Sauteing: Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a medium frying pan on medium-high heat. Saute 2 cloves of garlic until fragrant and golden. Remove the garlic and discard. Open polenta package and slice polenta in 1/2 inch slices. Saute 5 minutes on each side. Season to taste with salt, pepper and your favorite herbs. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. As a substitute for rice, pasta or potato. Grill or saut according to directions. Spoon your favorite sauce or stew over the polenta slices.
