Conventional Oven: (Preferred Method): Remove wrapper. Thaw by covering with a microwave-safe plate and microwave high for 1 minute. Place on a spray-coated baking sheet and cook at 375 degrees F until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 12-14 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking for even crispness. Let sit for 1 minute. Microwave Oven (1000 watt): Remove wrapper. Place on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a microwave-safe plate or lid. Cook for 55-60 seconds per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let sit for 1 minute. Cook thoroughly. Caution: Contents are hot! Keep frozen.
