We want you to feel empowered and confident when sending a gift from Vons! We appreciate the opportunity to help you send gifts to friends, family, co-workers, teachers, supervisors or anyone else who you want to brighten their day.
You can gift most items available online including groceries, flowers, wine and chocolates. You can also choose from other everyday favorites. Items that require shipping or come from specialized orders are not eligible for gifting.
You have complete control over the gift process! Simply shop as you normally would. At checkout, select the gifting option, enter the recipient’s name, add an optional gift message and select a delivery address or choose a participating store for pickup.
Yes. Make your gift special! You can write your own gift message, and we'll print it on a card that is included with the gift.
Absolutely. We empower you to send gifts anywhere within Vons delivery areas, even if the address is in another city or state. You can also select the Drive Up & Go option for nationwide pickup at any participating Vons store.
Yes. Your name will always appear on the gift message. If you do not include a personalized message, your name will still be listed as the sender so the recipient knows you sent them a gift .
We ensure your gift is accounted for. If our courier is unable to complete the delivery, the gift order will be returned to the store. You will be immediately notified and given the option to request a full refund or provide us with new delivery instructions.
Yes, you have full visibility into your order status. You can track the status of your gift anytime by signing in to our website or mobile app and reviewing your order details.
No. Gifting itself is included at no extra cost.
You have the flexibility to choose from the available delivery or pickup time slots at checkout. Please note that scheduling is currently limited to the immediate available pickup and delivery windows.
Yes. The recipient can easily use our Drive Up & Go pickup option at a participating store. They will simply need the order details for pickup (and a valid ID if the order includes alcohol).
To comply with legal requirements, the recipient must show a valid ID to prove they are of legal age for the restricted item. If they cannot provide ID, the restricted item will be removed from the order and the rest of the gift will proceed.
You can cancel any order prior to it being picked and prepared for fulfillment. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible for a full refund.
