Nothing says summer quite like grilling and watermelons! This super simple recipe will only take a few minutes and will taste just like sweet, sweet summertime. Just brush the sliced watermelon with coconut oil, grill, sprinkle with salt and done!

- 1 medium watermelon (15-20 pounds)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- sea salt
Preheat grill to medium-high (450°-475°).
Slice watermelon into 1-inch quarter slices. Brush each side with coconut oil.
Place on grill, close lid and grill 4 minutes per side. Remove from grill, plate and sprinkle sea salt on one side. Serve immediately.
