Keto Bento Box
A Keto Bento Box filled with O Organics® hard-boiled eggs, prosciutto, cream cheese, crunchy veggies, and Greek yogurt dipping sauce makes it easy to eat low-carb on the go!
Total cook time
- 1 O Organics® hard-boiled egg
- 1½ slices prosciutto
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 6 asparagus spears, blanched
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp dill, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup celery sticks
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe
Slice prosciutto into 3 pieces. Spread with cream cheese and wrap around 3 asparagus spears. In a small container, mix to combine Greek yogurt with dill and lemon zest. Assemble all ingredients into container/containers. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
