All You Need: 1 Tbsp oil; 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into strips; 3/4 cups water; 8 taco shells or tortillas; 1 pkg Lawry's Chicken Taco Spices & Seasonings Mix. Makes 4 (2 Tacos) Servings: Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in water and Spices & Seasonings Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warmed shells. Serve with desired toppings. Bonus Tip: Chicken Quesadillas: prepare chicken mixture as directed. Stir in 1 can (can) chopped green chilies. Spread mixture evenly on 4 tortillas. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup shredded cheese: top with another tortilla. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
