Matzo Meal (Passover Wheat Flour & Water), Potatoes (Mono & Diglycerides & Sodium Acid Pyrophates), Brown Sugar, Sugar, Honey, Cottonseed Oil, Potato Starch, Salt, Caramel Color.

Directions 1. Empty contents of envelope into enclosed shaking bag. 2. Moisten chicken with water and shake off excess liquid. 3. Shake 2 or 3 pieces of chicken in the bag at a time until evenly coated. 4. Place chicken one layer deep on an ungreased shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40-50 minutes, turning pieces once during cooking. Coats 2-1/2 lbs of chicken pieces. Store in a dry place.
