Directions
Soak mushroom into cold water for 30 minutes after rinsing it cleanly. Then re-use the soaking water in cooking to retain it's original taste. When cooking (with pork, chicken or beef as desire), make sure enough water to boil for 30 minutes, so meat flavor and seasonings can penetrate into individual mushroom thoroughly.
