Spinach, Collard Greens. Kale Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Tommy's Seasoning Mix (Sea Salt, Spices Including Celery and Mustard, Toasted Onion, Onion, Yeast, Roasted Garlic, Rice Concentrate [to Prevent Caking] Lemon Peel, Soybean Oil, Orange Peel, Paprika, Turmeric and Mushroom Powder).

Directions Steak Vent: Handle with caution. Microwave this side up. How to enjoy. Do not than-cook from frozen. Recommended! Cook on Stove Top: Pour contents of bag into skillet. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Do not add water. Cook uncovered on medium-high for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Microwave in Bag: Place unopened Tommy's steam bag on microwavable plate. Microwave on high 4-6 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Popping sounds may occur. Let cool for at least 1 minute before removing from microwave. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees f as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow the above cooking directions. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
