Directions
All it takes is flame & flavor. 1/4 cup oil. 1/4 cup water. 2 tbsp white or balsamic vinegar. 2 lbs chicken, shrimp (Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes) or beef. 1. Whisk together mix, oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. Marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. Grilling Tip: Zesty Tomato Marinade: Whisk together mix, 1/4 cup each oil and water, 2 tbsp. French's dijon mustard and i tbsp. Lemon juice. Continue as directed.
