Directions Cooking Directions: Stovetop: 1. Bring water to a boil. If desired, add margarine and salt to taste. 2. Stir in rice, cover, and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork & serve. Microwave: 1. Place water and rice in a microwave-safe bowl. If desires, add margarine and salt to taste. 2. Cover bowl and microwave on high according to chart below or until boiling. 3.
