Our famous Peumo vineyard sits naturally protected in a niche in the coastal mountain range and is planted on raised river terraces in the Cachopoal Valley. For Terrunyo Carmenere, we found the best expression of the variety in the terruno, block 27. Climate: sunny, subhumid. Mediterranean. Large 24-hour temperature differences (19 degrees C). Soil: Deep alluvial clay loam. Altitude: 170 m above sea level. Vineyard block planted: 1990. Alc. 14% by vol. Produced and bottled in Chile.
