Directions Keep frozen. For Best Preparation: Stovetop: 1. Place frozen vegetables into a 2-quart saucepan. 2. Add approximately 3 tbsp of water per serving (3/4 cup). 3. Boil covered over Medium-High heat for approximately 4 to 6 minutes or until heated throughout; serve. Microwave: 1. Place frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe dish. 2. Add 1 tbsp of water per serving (3/4 cup) and cover. 3. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes - rotating dish halfway through heating time. 4. Carefully remove dish from microwave oven - stir well; serve. Important: Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate.
