We source the grapes for Patelin de Tablas from some of Paso Robles top Rhone-style vineyards: Javadi 2 (18%); Tablas Creek (4%); Starr Ranch (14%); Paso de Record (3%); Estrellafarms (11%); Beneso (2%); Hammond - Big Red (2%); Grassland (11%); Chequera (1%); Paso Ridge (10%); Sosnove (1%); Briarwood (9%); Casa de Brio (1%); La Vista (8%); Davis (1%); Catherine's (4%). Patelin de Tablas marries the spice, mineral and structure of Syrah with the generous fruit of Grenache, the backbone of Mourvedre, and the brightness of Counoise. Alcohol 13.7% by volume.
