Directions Cooking Instructions: Thoroughly rinse 1 cup of quinoa. In a medium pot, combine quinoa and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until water is absorbed, approx. 15-20 minutes. Fluff with fork. Storage Information: No need to refrigerated. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
