Directions Prep: Complete pancake mix just add water! Pancake Preparations: You will need 2 cups mix and 1 1/4 cups water. 1. Heat pancake griddle to 375 degrees F. (medium heat). Lightly grease. 2. Whisk pancake mix and water. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over-mix. Let batter stand for 2 minutes. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle. 3. Cook pancakes until slightly dry around the edges and bubbles form and burst in the center. Yields pancakes. Total package makes 21. Keep in a cool, dry place.
