Directions For food safety and quality, Follow The Directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degree F. Caution Fried Rice: Prep time (5 minutes), Cook time (7 minutes), Servings (3). Little Green Sprouts Organics Riced Veggies Cauliflower Medley 1 tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger 1-2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 cup cooked meat cut in 1/2-inch cubes, such as pork, ham, chicken or shrimp 1. egg, lightly beaten and scrambled. Directions: (1) Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook garlic and ginger 1 minute or until fragrant. (2) Stir in Little Green Sprouts Organics Riced Veggies Cauliflower Medley and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender crisp. (3) Stir in soy sauce and cook 1 minute. (4) Stir in cooked egg and, Meat and continue to cook .1 minute or until heated through. Stove Top: (1) Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies (If veggies can't easily be separated, defrost in microwave or pour into skillet and cook, covered, over medium heat high heat 3 minutes or until veggies break apart, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook as directed above). Pour contents of bag into large nonstick skillet. (2) Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until veggies are hot, stirring occasionally.
