For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary. Bake: Cooking Instructions: Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven / toaster oven to bake at 450 degrees F. Place burger on an ungreased baking pan. Bake for approximately 7 minutes. Carefully flip and bake for an additional 6 minutes, until heated through and well browned. Skillet /Stovetop: Preheat oil in a nonstick pan over low heat. Cook for approximately 6 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes until heated through and well browned. Microwave: Microwave: Remove burger from plastic and place on a microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Carefully flip and cook 1 additional minute. Allow to sit for 2 minutes. Careful, product will be hot. Keep frozen. Keep frozen prior to use.
