Directions 4 steps; 20 minutes prep time; 10 servings. You Will Need: 1-1/2 lbs steak; 1/4 cup water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 2 tbsp white vinegar. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk packet contents with water, oil and vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting. 2. Place meat in a large resealable bag or glass dish and add remaining marinade. 3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for more flavor. Remove meat and discard any remaining marinade. 4. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Great on portobello mushrooms. Chef Suggests: For a plant-based option, substitute 1-1/2 lbs portobello mushrooms. Prepare using directions above.
