Add oil and water to 10-inch nonstick skillet. Stir in potatoes. Do not add seasoning. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle seasoning over potatoes; stir until potatoes are well coated. Continue cooking, uncovered, over medium heat, turning frequently, 6 to 9 minutes, or until as brown and crisp as desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
