Directions For Food Safety and Best Quality, Follow these Cooking Instructions: Cook thoroughly before eating. Use caution as product and packaging will be hot. Adjustments to cook times may be required due to variation in microwaves. Do not reuse bowl. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Instructions: Step One: Remove outer carton. Peel back corner of parchment paper to vent. Step Two: Microwave on High (1100W) 4 minutes 30 seconds. Remove bowl from microwave. Pull back parchment paper, stir. Replace parchment paper. Microwave on High 1 minute 45 seconds. Step Three: Allow bowl to cool for 1 minute. Enjoy! Keep frozen, cook thoroughly.
