Gluten Free Dough: Gluten Free Flour (Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca Dextrin, Xanthan Gum), Eggs, Water, Salt, Canola Oil, Guar Gum, Sodium Alginate. Filling: Potatoes (Boiled without Skin), Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto [Potato Starch and Powdered Cellulose to Prevent Caking]), Onions, Water, Salt, Black Pepper, Ground Nutmeg.

Directions Keep frozen until ready to serve. Add 1-1/2 teaspoons of salt t 2 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pierogi into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pierogi for approx. 6-8 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite trimmings.
