Directions Heating Instructions: Microwave: 1. Place chicken strips on a microwave safe plate and cover. 2. Heat in the microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minutes or until warm. Do not overheat. Skillet: 1. Prepare a nonstick skillet with 1 tablespoon of water and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. 2. Place chicken strips in the skillet and cook over medium high heat. 3. Cook the chicken strips for 4-6 minutes, turning every 2 minutes for even browning. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Prepare a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and nonstick cooking spray. 3. Place chicken strips on the pan and heat for 8-9 minutes. Appliances vary. Heating times approximate.
