Microwave: Microwaves vary, adjust accordingly. Cook to 165 degrees. Overheating toughens flatbread. Remove film, wrap flatbread loosely in paper towel, and place on microwave-safe plate. Heat on high: 1100 watt: heat 1 minute. 800 watt: heat 1 min. 20 sec. Let cool 1 minute in microwave. Caution-filling is hot! Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film, wrap sandwich in foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep frozen.
